I have the same issue as many people before.

Can you help to run the script on my storage as my storage always shows full?

    Upon checking, it seems your Box storage is not properly setup. It shows that your storage space is 0B of 0B, which means no storage value has been assigned to you yet. Kindly reach out to your Box Admin for assistance in setting up a new value for your Box storage.
