Need assistance ASAP with the Storage limit on our account. We have used less than a gb but we can't upload anything else as apparently we have used all 10gb......

Upon checking, this only folder present in your account is your collaborated folder. Since this is a shared folder, please contact the folder owner, as your storage error varies according to the folder owner's storage allocation.
