it says my storage had reached the limit, I deleted a large number of files but amount does not change.  I'd manually sum up the storage space, and it should be 27GB, instead of over-the-limit of 50GB.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
