Storage Limit Incorrect

My storage says it's full, yet I've deleted everything out of Box.  This is clearly an error of some sort.  I'm seeing there is a script that Box employees can run to fix the issue.  Can someone please look at my account and possibly run that script to fix the incorrect usage?

Hi - I am having the exact same issue for about the millionth time. Should have about 20gb left and now that there is no actual real box support when I need this to work I’m left with this hoping someone sees this. Please run script asap. Thx
