Storage Limit Exceeded but there is supposed to be unlimited storage

Signed up for Box and was told multiple times that there is not a limit on storage other than individual downloads. Now I’m not done uploading my initial data and it says that we’ve exceeded our account limit. I’m not understanding how this is unlimited data or what my limitations are.
