Storage limit access needed

I have to upload some files in my senior's box folder collaborator but it shows i have 10gb limit, when the folder have higher capacity.
Can anyone help how to upload files above 10gb in that folder and why it shows 10gb, space when it has much more Sharp Follow My Health
