The Business Plus plan does indeed advertise unlimited storage. However, there might be some nuances to this:

Pooled Storage: While the plan might offer a large pooled storage amount, individual users within your organization might have limitations.
File Types: Certain file types might have restrictions or be excluded from the "unlimited" storage.
Usage Limits: There could be usage limits in place, such as limits on the number of files you can upload or download within a certain timeframe.
Technical Issues: There might be temporary technical issues or glitches affecting your account's storage space.
Here's how to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Your Storage Usage: * Log in to your Google Admin console.

Go to Reports > Usage.
Check the storage usage for your organization and individual users.
Review Your Plan Details: * Carefully review the terms and conditions of your Business Plus plan. Look for any specific limitations or restrictions on storage.

Contact Google Support: * If you can't find any information about storage limits in your plan documentation, contact Google Workspace support. They can help you understand the specific limitations of your plan and troubleshoot any technical issues you might be experiencing.
