Storage Limit

I am trying to upload a file, but get a message that I am out of Storage.  However, the indicator in the bottom indicates that I have used on 1.8 MB of 10.0 GB

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    It shows that you only have a shared folder in your account. Please note that the folder's storage limit will be counted against the owner's storage allocation. 

    At this rate, you may go ahead and reach out to the folder owner.
