As the title says, my storage is showing that I have used 9.5 GB out of 10 GB available so it is not letting me upload a 700 MB file.  I have deleted everything and emptied the trash folder.  Please advise.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
