My account keeps telling me my storage is full or almost full. I have checked and my deleted folder is empty, my account has 1 file in it that is 78MB. It cannot be sitting at 16.6GB out of 20GB like it states.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

My account shows incorrect storage and does not allow me add data to my account.
