Storage is not available accross all devices.

Hi,

My Primary computer has got apparently terminal power up issues, and on logging in to my Box account on another computer, it seems that only a few of my 10GB file storage alllowance is accessible.  

Please advise.

Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to help with your storage issue. 

Looking at your account, you have reached your storage limit of 10GB. To verify, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
