Storage is full, but it isn't

Hi all,

I deleted a ton of files from my Box account to clear up space for storage, but it never registered as clearing up space. It says I do not have storage space, but I should. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

Most of the time, aggregates will be updated within an hour or less. For larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct.

Thank you for the reply, however I deleted the files more than a week ago and the issue has not resolved.
