Storage is full but isn't - urgent

Hello, box is no longer letting anyone from the company upload any documents as it says storage is full. We have deleted over 100 users to free up seats and this has corrected our storage. Please can you help

    It says storage is full, but that’s not true; there are only empty folders, and even after emptying the trash, it still says storage is full. There used to be a script people shared to prevent this from happening—please help.
