Hello!

My Box account indicates that the capacity is full, but it is not and the synchronizing has stopped. Is there a solution to fix this frequently reported Box problem?

I'm having the same issue. Is it possible to at least get Box to run their script to fix it on my account?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

Hello, I can not use Box anymore because it says that my Storage is full (100G), however I have closer to only 40G of data stored on Box.

Can someone please resolve this problem?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

I understand you're seeing a difference between the total storage reported in your account and the amount shown in your own report after removing version history and other data. 
 
Upon checking you are currently subscribe to Personal Pro account and your current storage is 98.6GB/100GB. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours for the total storage amount to update and it should be fixed by then. 
 
If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data. All of your files remain in place and have not decreased in size or been edited by unauthorized people. Please note for larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct. In rare cases, the file count and size might take few days to a week to be updated.
