Hi, thanks for the great service.


Deleting files does not reduce storage space.
Is there any way I can do something about it myself?

3 files, 14 kB in total, empty trash, and Box says 43.8 GB of 50GB in use.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
