Storage "Full", but seems innacurate

How can I resolve this? Storage says I am at 9.6gb of 10.0gb used, but actually have less than 4gb in my account. I deleted all items in the trash and that did nothing. Assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry. This is not my experience. My account now says it is full and I can't add any additional files. I clearly have about 4gb in storage but it says my account is full. It has been over a week and the aggregates of storage usage has not been updated. Is there someone I can speak to by phone or email to help expedite this issues?
