STORAGE FULL, BUT IT ISN'T

My storage shows it is full but I have deleted a ton of files so it should no longer be full how do I fix this error?

Hi Box Team, same issue here. We have already deleted a lot, but we still can't upload a file; it keeps saying that storage is full.
