STORAGE FULL, BUT IT ISN'T

My storage shows it is full but I have deleted a ton of files so it should no longer be full how do I fix this error?

Hi Box Team, same issue here. We have already deleted a lot, but we still can't upload a file; it keeps saying that storage is full.

I’m having the same issue. We can not upload anything because it says “Account storage limit reached” but then when I checked, it says Storage Used: 2.9 MB of 10.0 GB.

Hi, this was briefly fixed last week but I am experiencing the same issue again, even after deleting around 30 files.
