hello,
according to my box account I'm using all 7,5 of my gigs, but I've deleted all my files and this isn't true. is there anythink i can do? Can someone fix this issue?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
