I've deleted everything in my account, but it still says I've used over 40GB.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

Hi, I am having the same problem. My account storage was full, but I deleted the biggest past I had and nothing happens. Its says that I still have the same full storage. And there is nothing in the trash past. I don´t know what is happening.
