Storage Full, But it Isn't

The account says 10 of 10 GB is being used, but I don't have that much files so the actual number should be very less than this.

How do I reset the storage to accurately reflect what is being used?  Keep running out of space. Will be dropping this program if can't resolve it.

    I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.

    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.
