The account says 10 of 10 GB is being used, but I don't have that much files so the actual number should be very less than this.
How do I reset the storage to accurately reflect what is being used? Keep running out of space. Will be dropping this program if can't resolve it.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.
