Storage Full but inaccurate; still no resolution from initial post last month

My box.com storage continues to read inaccurately and does not let me add any additional files. Since I posted about this issue a month ago, it remains without a fix:

Can I please have someone from tech support assist? Or at lease provide a phone number for me to contact someone to assist.
