Storage full but I was told I had unlimited storage

Hi

I am now unable to add any more files to my account - it says my storage is full. Previously I was told I had unlimited storage. Can you help?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Seems that you're almost close to your storage limit for a free individual account. Note that the unlimited storage is currently available for Business accounts and above.
