Hello,


 


I have an Enterprise Account, but for some reason Storage Used states I only have 10GB available.  Also, when I create a folder, those that I have shared the folder with, often report they can't upload any longer because the folder is out of space.  Not sure why this is happening, we have an Enterprise Account. Can someone from Box fix this?

Upon checking, it appears that you've reached your allocated space to upload files. 

 

Please reach out to your Box Administrator to modify your storage.
