Storage Full, but I have an Enterprise Account

Hello, 

My boss updated my access to the enterprise account, but I still can't upload files. The system keeps saying my storage is full. Please assist. Thanks!

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
