Hi – I'm getting a notification that my storage is full, however my company has an unlimited storage plan. I'm listed as a Co-Admin but limited to 10 GB, however the other Admin is currently using 295.6 GB of storage. Can you please assist?

To increase your storage limit, you can only contact your Box Administrator.
