Storage capacity not resetting

Despite deleting gigs worth of data, my storage capacity remains full.  Please correct this.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

Now my account says I have used 109G of 100G.  Is that correct?

I just deleted nearly 8GB and the total amount of storage only went down by 100MB.  PLEASE FIX THIS!
