Hi, I have deleted some folders from our box. I then deleted some folders from the trash and noticed that the storage usage was not decreasing. Does anyone know how to solve this issue of inaccurate storage?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
