Storage capacity does not increase

I deleted the file and deleted the trash can, but the storage capacity does not increase.It's a free accountI would like this problem to be resolved

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
