I need to migrate ~3tb of data from sharepoint to box, how to I allocate 1 user to have that much space? I have already selected them to have unlimited storage but I am getting storage space errors.

What licensing level are you on?  Be aware that fair use policy limits user traffic to 1TB/user/month, so you’ll need to spread that migration process out over three or four months.

What error are you getting?

We are on Business Plus with 8 Users, so the amount of space should be fine right?

Default storage limit is 10GB/user--did you override that from the admin console to give them unlimited storage?  What error are you getting when the uploads fail?
