Question

Storage almost full, but it isn't

My Box account storage shows as almost full, but it's not and I can't get my storage space back. Can someone fix this issue definitely? Thanks.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
