Its possible in my individual plan have more space ? I need 3 TB ?

Personal plan has only 10 GB of storage data. If you need to upgrade please go to this link. https://www.box.com/pricing/individual
To confirm the file size limit for your account:
- Log into Box.
- Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
- Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
- Scroll down to the Account details and review your Max file size listed.
