Hello,

Although there should be available storage space, I am receiving an error stating that there is not enough free space.
Even after deleting past data from the trash, the available storage does not increase.
This is preventing me from proceeding with my work.
I kindly request your prompt assistance.

Looks like you have enough space to upload more files into your Box account. 

For the meantime, can we confirm a couple of  details?

  • Do you have a screenshot of this error? If so, please attach it in this forum. 
  • Are you uploading files on a shared or owned folder? If it's shared, you should reach out to its owner and make sure the owner has free storage.
