STORAGE !?!?

My account shows it is out of storage when I’ve already deleted numerous files. I know for a fact that I’m using less than 10gb but it shows that it’s full, I’ve checked the support forum and the article says box is working on fixing this problem. This would have been helpful if that article wasn’t 2 years old, I’m surprised and ashamed that it’s taking this long to fix an issue that shouldn’t be occurring in the first place, I considered upgrading to more storage but if I’ll encounter the same problem then there’s entirely no point and is simply a waste of time. Can someone help to resolve this issue? I’ve posted about this before and have received 0 effort from any box team members to resolve this issue!
