Good day, unfortunately I am incorrectly shown that my memory of 10 GB is full. But in fact it is only 6 GB. I ask the support to fix the error so that I can use Box normally again.

I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your accounts so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

The upload files that I have  stored is 12.4G, but the storage number shows 27.2G，please help me recount all of the files and how much storage is being used really!

Same thing happened to me! I cleared it out and even with no files I'm almost to 7g

Same! deleted everything and still, storage is 10/10gb
