Hi, I have the Box app installed on my iPad Pro (2019 model), on my iPhone 12 and on my iMac. Files display quickly on the phone and the Mac but are stalling on the iPad: when I try to open one of the same text files (all formatted in PDF) all I get is a "Generating preview" message and the circular loading symbol, but the loading slows and stalls around half way. Any ideas to resolve this please?

Do you have the latest version of Box for iPad application on your device?
Can you try uninstalling the App and then reinstall it again and see if it helps resolve the slowness and stalling of the application?

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes everything is up to date. I was worried that i’d lose my documents if I uninstalled the app, but since I couldn’t access them anyway I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue was resolved- with my documents restored, to my great relief.
