box support has got to be some of the worst online.  


I've submitted a case 3 days ago and zero acknowledgement.  Clearly says the executive team does not care of mid-market, only enterprise.  


The directions for SSO does not need to be so difficult, plenty of other web apps have clear self-service directions.
