We use DUO for MFA and SSO.  In a lot of instances I can select ADFS as the SSO type since Duo is heavily integrated into AD.


 


I am testing my organization with SSO and am getting "invalid credentials" - so something is not quite right.  


The SSO settings are pretty generic on the box side, so I cant really tweak anything and am looking for some guidance ot see what Box support sees behind the scenes.  No option to submit a ticket or chat..so this is my only avenue of support.
