Recently we used Box and found that the upload speed was very unstable. Later, I used the Box page to perform a connection test to see if there were any connection problems.
It is found that if the test report uploads 5 server tests, there will be 3 time out failures.
According to the Box webpage description, if there is a connection problem, you can send an email to customer support. Could you please contact me and ask if there is room for improvement in Box upload.
