Most Spanish and Italian email addresses with the extension ".es" and ".it" can't access the box. Can this be changed, please

    I can confirm that we have users with email addresses ending extensions such as ".es" and ".it" and they are able to access Box with no issue.

    If your users are having issue receiving notifications from Box, you may recommend checking out this article to make sure that their email client is not blocking Box domains: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications
