Box Team,
I shared a single folder with several important recipients. You sent four automated reminder emails to them between the hours of 9:44pm and 1:49am... (!!!) This makes me appear unprofessional and obnoxious - NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Why would this even happen at such an unnecessary cadence? Please remediate this as soon as possible, you are making your customers look foolish.
I cannot even find options that allow me to definitively correct this. Please advise.
