As far as I can see, there seems to be no way to seem what's taking up space within my Box account.

Account is sitting on 9.6GB / 10 GB usage despite the only folders I have being Grey folder which have been shared with me rather than being locally stored on the account.

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of how I can find out what is taking up the space and clear it.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
