Hello,

My account is showing a popup prompt stating that I have no space in my storage, but clearly shows the available storage. 

How do I reclaim the spaces?

    Thanks for joining our forum. Great news! We run the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
