I registered box.com account in 10 years ago. I still remember when I finish register, account have 50gb space. but today, i see it charge to 10gb. is your space policy modified ?

i think is this promotion.

Android phones and tablets: Log into Box for Android on your phone or tablet to get a 50GB upgrade automatically. This promotion ended 3/23/12.

 

I only find my registration email because that is long time ago.

It seems the promotion you joined has ended thus your account shows the standard storage for our Personal Free plan users which is 10GB.
