Space not reclaimed when files are deleted

Hello,

I have deleted all of my files now, in the attempt to free up space. I still am unable to upload a file since Box thinks most of my space has been consumed already.

Reading the forums I see this is a known problem that can occur, and I understand that I need support to run a script against my account to recalculate the usage totals. Would someone be able to do that for me please?

I went ahead and ran the script on your account so you should be all set! Counts look good on the backend.

Same problem here. I deleted some files to clear up space (even emptied the trash bin), but I am still unable to upload more.

Please I have the same problem. Indeed, my free space are  not reclaimed when files are deleted. from recycled bin. How an I recover my free space?
I have read that the support can run a script to resolve this issue. How can I request that from support.

It seems I have the same issue here. Everything syncs ok, I deleted also files from trash folder, but the space is not reclaimed.

Please help.
