Hello,
my box account says I’m out of storage.
I have deleted a bunch of stuff and emptied the trash but the storage calculation doesn’t change. This was 12 hours ago (yesterday) and it’s still like this today, so I am stuck and cannot upload anything.
I’ve also tried to upgrade to a plan with more storage and it says there is an error in one of the fields (even thought they are all filled out correctly) so it seems I have nowhere else to go.
Can somebody please help with this urgently?
