I deleted most of my files and the system is showing I am out of space. Can you please free up my unused space? Thank you

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
To help resolve this, I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct file count and storage size in your Box.
