To be painfully blunt: your sort function is so bad I am considering moving to a competitor. I need to keep my file folders in order by name and number but there is no way to set a global and persistent setting. And even when I do select "name", your sort function puts the numbers with the same initial number together so that 11, 12, 13 etc is put after 1. This is a very basic sort function and shouldn't be difficult. Am I missing something here? I've searched your help area without success.
