Sometimes getting erorr (Status Code =400 bad request) when generating a new Access token

Hi Team,
We are using Api to generate a new access token , it works fine normally , but sometimes it is returning Bad Request(ErrorCode-400) . Kindly let me know what probably is going wrong.
