something wrong again with my storage quota, 

It shows full even when the total of folder sizes do not add up even close. 

and yes , I have cleared the trash etc. the usual stuff. 

I get this issue every few months. i was hoping it would get resolved. 

I think time to change from box for me now.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
