When attempting to add a collaborator(s) to a folder, I receive the following error message: “Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again.”
I get this error message whether I attempt to add one collaborator or multiple. I tried multiple browsers, logged in and out, cleared cookies and cache, etc., but no matter what I do, I still do not have success.
There does not seem to be a way to submit a support ticket to Box Support (perhaps because it’s a free account), which is frustrating.
I would appreciate insight into a resolution. Thanks in advance.
